For 30 years, Scott served in executive leadership roles in higher education, including 25 years as Executive Director of the University of Georgia Career Center — one of the nation's most recognized career services organizations. During that time, he learned a simple truth: organizations do not fail because of a lack of strategy. They struggle when leadership behavior, culture, and capability are misaligned.
